This policy covers Channel Upload Pipeline ("the app"), a private tool operated by the owner of Saved By Chat. The app is used only to manage the owner's own accounts.

YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What the app accesses

With the account owner's authorization, the app uses Google OAuth to upload videos and set titles, descriptions and metadata on the owner's YouTube channels. It uses the Instagram content publishing API to post Reels to the owner's Instagram account. It reads public clip information from the Twitch API, such as clip titles, view counts, streamer display names and links.

How data is stored and used

OAuth tokens, video IDs and clip metadata are stored on a private server controlled by the owner and are used only to publish and track the owner's uploads. The app does not collect data from viewers, does not use cookies or analytics on this website, and does not sell, share or transfer data to third parties except as needed to call the YouTube, Instagram and Twitch APIs.

Retention and deletion

Downloaded video files are deleted automatically within 21 days. Clip metadata is kept while the channel is active and can be deleted on request. Authorization can be revoked at any time from Google security settings, after which stored tokens are deleted.
